On Sunday, March 29th, Brad's sister's: Jenny & Kelly threw us our first Baby Shower!! It was so much fun! We started off with delicious food...followed by a few games...and then it was present time! It felt like Christmas!! Baby Busselman got SO much stuff!!! I cannot wait to put it all to use! Thank You to all that were there, and for the wonderful gifts! Also, a special THANK YOU to Jenny and Kelly (and Sheri) for all you did!!!

The "3" of Us

It dawned on me the other night that I don't have a picture of Brad and I while pregnant...so thanks to Grandma Sheri, we were able to get one! It's hard to believe that in less than 2 months we will have a BABY!!! Also, I would like to add that we DO NOT know what we are having! I have had a few people mention that the blue and brown room looks suspicious...as I've mentioned though, blue is our favorite color. SO, there ya have it! We are just as excited to know what's in there, too!!! And in less than 7 weeks we will all know :) We were just talking about how fast the time has gone! I know these last weeks will probably feel like they are taking forever, but that's okay too! We will continue to enjoy this together. This experience for Brad and I has been absolutely unexplainable! We are so excited to become parents together... ( and a little nervous, too!)

<-- Okay, so...this is a 'looking up' shot! What you see is the lips and bottom of the nose...yep, you are looking into the nostrils up the baby's nose!!! Do ya see it?!!

They took measurements of the arm bones, leg bones, size of the head...pretty much everything possible got measured, and they calculate it at 4lbs 7 oz!!!!!!!!!!!

THE BABY ROOM!!!

So, here it is!!! There are a few small things left to be done, but can't be done until 'baby' gets here!!! As you can see, yes, the walls are blue and brown. At 8 weeks along when I decided to start painting, I knew I wanted brown on the bottom and Brad didn't like green for the top, and I didn't like yellow...so, blue it is! (Blue is daddy's favorite color!) The curtains and lamp shade will be made after the baby gets here! As we all know, it won't be hard to turn this room girlie...a little pink will go a long ways!:) Enjoy the pictures!!!
